pppoe subinterface

Syntax

[ no ] pppoe subinterface interfaceType interfaceSpecifier

Release Information

Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.

Description

Creates a PPPoE subinterface on the specified interface. The no version removes the interface.

Options

• interfaceType—One of the following interface types listed in Interface Types and Specifiers:
  • atm
  • fastEthernet
  • gigabitEthernet
  • lag
  • serial—PPPoE is not currently supported on serial interfaces
  • tenGigabitEthernet
• interfaceSpecifier—Particular interface; format varies according to interface type; see Interface Types and Specifiers
